Alzheimer's Disease

In 1993, the Kansas Department on Aging and the Kansas State University Cooperative Extension Service published "A Caregivers Guide For Alzheimer's and Related Disorders." That initial guide was requested by a multitude of caregivers, health care professionals and advocates for persons afflicted with various types of dementia. A second printing was completed in 1996. This revised guide is the result of the study of current research, treatment and caregiving information.
